What We re Looking For
Proven program management experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated ability to align strategy, priorities, and execution across multiple teams
Strong track record of driving measurable outcomes
Experience operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
Experience establishing program governance and improving operating models
Strong systems thinking, including managing dependencies, sequencing, and tradeoffs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and misalignment
5 10+ years of experience in program or project management within technical or product environments
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS or platform-based product environments
Experience working across Product and Engineering organizations
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
