Job Description:

What We re Looking For
Strong project management fundamentals: planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution
Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple teams
Experience working in software or technical environments with engineering teams
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and team operating rhythms
Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve delivery risks
3-7+ years of experience in project or program management roles, with demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS or platform-based product environments
Hands-on experience working within Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
