Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (.Net 70% / React 30%)
Location: Waterloo, Ontario
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office). Located near the University of Waterloo Campus
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 CAD annually + RRSP matching
About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus to join a growing technology team in Whitby, Ontario. This position is primarily focused on Angular development (approximately 80%), with additional responsibilities supporting backend development using .NET technologies (approximately 20%).

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications that support core business operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular
  • Develop and support backend services and APIs using .NET / C#
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to established development standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to system performance, scalability, and security
  • Maintain appropriate technical documentation
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with React (recent versions preferred)
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs using .NET / C#
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual base salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications
