Our client is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-touch, onsite and remote end-user support in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role will support a global user base and requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a polished professional presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-User Support (L2/L3)- Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across Windows environments
- Support finance, tax, and accounting applications, including Bloomberg terminals
- Deliver timely resolution to incidents and service requests with a strong focus on user experience
Device Provisioning & Lifecycle Management- Perform new hire onboarding, device refreshes, and offboarding as part of a Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) program
- Image, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals
Imaging & Modern Device Management- Support Azure AD / Entra ID-joined devices
- Manage device provisioning using Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Provide limited support for legacy SCCM imaging environments
Onsite & White-Glove Support- Perform moves, adds, and changes (MAC work)
- Deliver in-person, white-glove support to end users in a high-touch environment
Conference Room & AV Support- Support Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems
- Assist with meeting setup, troubleshooting, and basic AV support
Additional Exposure (Training Provided)- Mobility (mobile devices)
- Telecom (basic exposure)
- Audiovisual systems
- These areas are not required on day one and will be learned on the job
