OverviewWe are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide Tier II technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting end-user issues, supporting Windows systems, and managing endpoints using modern device management tools. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Tier II desktop support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, enterprise applications, and endpoint devices
- Manage and track incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
- Deploy, configure, and manage devices and applications using Microsoft Intune
- Perform application installations, updates, and provisioning across enterprise environments
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of tickets through resolution
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Maintain documentation of troubleshooting processes and solutions to improve support efficiency
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of desktop or Tier II technical support experience in a Windows environment
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, including application deployment and device provisioning
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
