Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead and support a wide range of marketing, branding, communications, and public relations initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence while supporting strategic business development efforts and enhancing the organization’s visibility within the industry.
The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with leadership, business development professionals, and operational teams to execute marketing campaigns, manage content and communications, coordinate promotional activities, and maintain critical marketing systems and assets. This position offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of marketing while helping shape the organization''s overall brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing communications, branding, and promotional initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage website content updates and oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media presence and content development.
- Create and distribute monthly internal newsletters and quarterly external communications.
- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, graphics, signage, and other visual materials to support business development and client engagement efforts.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, including project imagery, staff profiles, marketing directories, and image libraries.
- Draft and coordinate press releases, media outreach efforts, and project submissions for industry publications and awards programs.
- Manage vendor relationships for marketing materials, branded merchandise, company apparel, and client gifts.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, support long-range planning initiatives, and manage the organization’s marketing calendar.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Experience managing digital marketing initiatives, social media platforms, and website content updates.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing databases; experience with Unanet CRM is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including color correction, image enhancement, retouching, and updating visual assets for marketing and branding purposes.
- Experience managing and updating content within WordPress websites.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong graphic design and content creation capabilities, including presentations, marketing collateral, and visual communications.
- Experience developing newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
