Job Summary-

This position involves overseeing the administration, support, and strategic development of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment focused on Finance & Operations. The role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing system performance, security, and functionality to ensure seamless financial and operational processes. It offers an opportunity to lead ERP system optimization within a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems, including user management and system maintenance.
  • Support and resolve tickets related to AX2009, including providing after-hours accounting assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting and business teams to address ERP-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and configure ERP infrastructure within Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate updates, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Document technical support issues, resolutions, and best practices for ongoing knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in system security management and user permission configurations.
  • Support ongoing system troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to strategic planning to optimize ERP system capabilities aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain awareness of cloud platform updates and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 or AX2009.
  • Exposure to Azure or Microsoft cloud environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of systems administration fundamentals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with a customer support orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems.
  • Recent college graduates with relevant internship, coursework, or hands-on experience encouraged to apply.
