Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager - Scrum Master II to join the GIC Systems team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, cross-functional coordination, and sales compensation systems, and a proven ability to drive backlog health, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and deliver process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog for one or more development teams.
- Coordinate delivery with counterparts across San Francisco, Indianapolis, Toronto, and India to ensure timely outcomes and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain business process documentation, including process guides and templates.
- Monitor implemented systems and processes to ensure stable operations and performance.
- Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Share and adopt best practices to improve Agile maturity across the organization.
- Support delivery of changes and updates to tools used to pay the sales teams in partnership with other GIC development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and process documentation.
- Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience, including facilitating standups and retrospectives with IT development teams.
- Strong analytical, project management, and reporting capabilities.
- Salesforce knowledge.
- Experience level: Minimum 2 years; 3-5 years on an Agile team preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Xactly, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), or other compensation systems.
- Background in Finance or Information Technology.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required. Finance or Information Technology preferred.
Additional Role Details:
- Onsite requirement: 4 days per week at a hub location.
- Interview process: 2 rounds. No assignments.
- Target start: ASAP. Potential for extension.
