Location: San Antonio, Texas (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and facilitate the backlog for tool enhancements through the release process.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with the business to provide options for tool enhancements.
- Design, build, test, and implement enhancements to the current tool and associated SharePoint lists.
- Manage the BCM Tool, including troubleshooting, correcting defects, and managing the enhancement process.
- Create business requirement documents (BRD) that define project requirements, including costs, objectives, and timelines.
- Analyze and suggest areas for cost control and reduction; develop business process flows.
- Listen to business discussions and translate them into tool enhancements that meet the intended purpose.
- Validate data for reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- 3-5 years of experience developing on the Power Platform, including Canvas PowerApps and Power Automate.
- 2 years of experience developing in Modern SharePoint.
Technical Skills:- Canvas PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Modern SharePoint development.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and release management.
General Skills:- Ability to interact effectively with team members and executive leaders.
- Proactive in identifying solutions and resolving problems.
- Experience supporting business requirements for large-scale applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience creating SQL queries.
- 1 year of experience creating VBA scripts.
- Knowledge of scripting and database languages such as Oracle PL/SQL or MySQL.
