Summary

Job Description
The Technical Support Representative provides Tier I support for our client's proprietary software products. You'll be assisting financial advisors and internal teams primarily over the phone and via email, ensuring timely and high-quality issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Tier I technical support for internal software applications.
  • Document all incidents thoroughly in the Siebel ticketing system.
  • Escalate issues to management when needed.
  • Troubleshoot software and basic hardware issues.
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution.
  • Work effectively under pressure and within service level expectations.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of PC hardware and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Experience supporting software or working in a tech support environment is preferred.

Work Environment
  • Office-based role with phone and computer-based work throughout the day.
  • Typical noise level is low to moderate.
  • Frequent interaction with Service Center team members and financial advisors.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
