Job DescriptionThe Technical Support Representative provides Tier I support for our client's proprietary software products. You'll be assisting financial advisors and internal teams primarily over the phone and via email, ensuring timely and high-quality issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Tier I technical support for internal software applications.
- Document all incidents thoroughly in the Siebel ticketing system.
- Escalate issues to management when needed.
- Troubleshoot software and basic hardware issues.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution.
- Work effectively under pressure and within service level expectations.
Required Skills & Experience- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of PC hardware and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Experience supporting software or working in a tech support environment is preferred.
Work Environment- Office-based role with phone and computer-based work throughout the day.
- Typical noise level is low to moderate.
- Frequent interaction with Service Center team members and financial advisors.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
