Title:WFM Business Analyst / Verint WFM Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA(Onsite)

Core expertise : Optimizing contact center staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization using the Verint Workforce Management software platform

Responsibility :

Analyze historical interaction volumes to generate contact volume forecasts.

Translate forecasts into precise staffing requirement models.

Build and publish optimized agent shift schedules within the Verint platform.

Monitor real-time agent activity against schedules and handle intraday adjustments.

Generate reports on schedule adherence, shrinkage, and agent productivity
