Duration: 9 months with potential for extension or conversion
Schedule: Hybrid: 4 day onsite (Mon Thu), 1 day remote (Friday only)

Job Description:
- Lead working sessions with impacted application teams to flesh out execution and delivery plans
- Surface and manage high-level risks, escalating them up through the larger program
- Large-scale, multi-year initiative focused on domestic & international commercial wire processing.
Application PM / Risk & Timeline Coordinator:
- Lead working sessions with application teams
- Define execution & delivery plans
- Manage risks and escalate appropriately
- Own timelines for ~5 10 applications
- Use existing cookbook framework (no need to build from scratch)
- No domain expertise required (payments knowledge is a plus)
Testing Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate end-to-end & regression testing across 100 150+ applications
- Build and manage testing schedules
- Focus on executive reporting (PowerPoint dashboards, Excel support)
- Oversight role no hands-on testing
Technical Requirements:
Must Have:
- MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote) and SharePoint
Nice to Have:
- JIRA / Octane/ Commercial wires / payments knowledge
- Data integration experience across multiple systems
