Role Overview
This position supports the management of Application Infrastructure Technology (AIT) for registered applications. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the application lifecycle. The analyst will be responsible for managing risk, monitoring deliverables, maintaining application data accuracy, and ensuring security requirements are met to support the product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain application information accurately in the designated application headquarters (AppHq) in collaboration with product managers.
- Ensure timely management and closure of deliverables within the Risk Integration and Support Environment (RISE).
- Track and report on patching and security requirements using continuous monitoring tools, and conduct impact assessments of related metrics.
- Coordinate and manage documentation required for approvals and tollgates, with content created by product and engineering teams.
- Facilitate audit and regulatory assessments related to AITs and collaborate with Risk Managers on identified actions.
- Support the development of policies, standards, and baselines relevant to AITs.
- Create and manage exception requests and risk cases to support the risk management process.
- Provide weekly reports and escalate metrics related to RISE and security monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira.
- Understanding of application management policies, standards, and processes.
- Familiarity with risk frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel for reporting and tracking.
- Skills in action management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication, process, and reporting skills.
- Experience with process definition, creation, and optimization based on AIT requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IT security principles, including threat and vulnerability assessment.
- Experience with identifying mitigation controls and processes to reduce risk.
- Familiarity with current IT risks and the ability to enforce controls.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $70.24 per hour.
