Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)Employment Type: ContractDuration: 8 monthsRole Overview
This role is responsible for completing and tracking compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to applicable policies and standards, as well as local laws, rules, and regulations. Key responsibilities include completing administrative and non-technical tasks related to compliance deliverables and infrastructure requests for the applications supported. The role involves partnering with control functions, risk management, and Global Information Security to ensure deliverables are completed effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that risk, security, and other compliance deliverables are completed on time and per requirements for supported applications.
- Complete administrative and non-technical tasks related to compliance deliverables, such as access reviews, assessments, and questionnaires.
- Assist with audit exams and risk assessments for the applications.
- Track and support the technical security and risk activities performed by development teams, including remediation of vulnerabilities and disaster recovery exercises.
- Maintain application data in systems of record.
- Work with vendors for vendor applications to ensure requirements are met.
- Assist with ad hoc inquiries and questions about the application.
- Interface with technology infrastructure teams for infrastructure requirements.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience with Information Security standards.
Technical Skills:- Vulnerability management and identification experience.
- Experience with secure coding and bug fixing.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools supporting a large organization's application and infrastructure security.
- SWIFT knowledge is a significant advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cybersecurity or security certifications are a plus.
