Top Requirements:4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience with strong GRC and data governance backgroundExperience with metrics development, executive reporting, and analytics within cybersecurity programsStrong SQL skills and ability to work with data to drive insights and reportingPlusses:Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISCExperience with product lifecycle management and metrics governance frameworksExperience building dashboards and automating reporting processesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Job Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Analysis and contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Analysis deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Analysis challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Information Security Analysis deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Analysis.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Partner with domain owners to develop, maintain, and deliver cybersecurity metrics and reporting
- Serve as a central point of contact ("front door") for metrics intake, development, and reporting
- Design and implement reporting solutions, dashboards, and automation for metrics processes
- Adhere to enterprise metric governance standards and evaluate metric quality and compliance
- Support executive reporting and analytics for cybersecurity leadership and governance committees
- Manage and support the lifecycle of metrics, including intake, approvals, updates, and reporting
- Participate in Cybersecurity Metric Committee (CMC) processes and governance activities
- Provide data analysis using SQL and other tools to validate and enhance reporting outputs
- Support ERMA compliance remediation and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (SMEs, domain owners, control owners, risk teams)
- Maintain and enhance metrics portals and reporting tools for visibility and decision-making
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences
