Job Title:          Lead Healthcare Business Analyst
Location:         Reston, VA (Hybrid onsite)
Duration:         12 Months+

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Lead Business Analyst with exceptional analytical capabilities who can quickly translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements.

Mandatory Requirement: Prior Healthcare Industry Experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for healthcare domain initiatives
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to own backlog management, prioritization, and refinement
Translate complex healthcare workflows, regulations, and data into structured requirements and user stories
Drive clarity across stakeholders and ensure alignment on scope, risks, and dependencies
Proactively identify gaps, anticipate challenges, and push initiatives forward without waiting for direction

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory: Proven experience in the healthcare domain (payer/provider.
Deep understanding of SAFe/Agile methodologies with hands-on experience
Strong technical and data fluency; ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams
Experience working with complex systems and translating business needs into technical requirements
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Self-driven, proactive mindset with strong ownership

Interview Process

Round 1: 30-minute screening (Microsoft Teams)

Round 2: In-person “Blitz” interview at our Reston office (mandatory for shortlisted candidates)
