Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive the identification, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for complex systems, processes, and software solutions. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and management for high-complexity projects.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior analysts.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Identify system gaps, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Develop clear, structured documentation aligned with organizational standards.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide end-user training and support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• In lieu of a Bachelor''s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• Strong, hands-on Lead Business Analyst with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements.
• Strong expertise in requirements management and business analysis methodologies.
• Deep understanding of SAFe/Agile methodologies with proven experience in backlog management, prioritization, and refinement in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Solid technical and data acumen; ability to work effectively with engineering, data teams, and complex systems while focusing on business value and risk mitigation.
• Proactive, self-driven professional who takes initiative, anticipates dependencies, and drives work forward independently.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

 
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare exp is highly preferred.
