We're a 100% employee-owned company looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Army Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office where decisions move faster, your voice carries weight, and your work directly shapes capabilities delivered to the Warfighter. At Radiance Technologies, you'll have a direct line of impact.

This position is contingent on funding with an expected start date of July/August 2026.

What You'll Do
  • Lead systems engineering efforts across design, integration, test, and fielding of advanced anti-armor and rocket systems
  • Engage directly with Government stakeholders in PMRs, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings; not buried behind layers
  • Drive hardware/software integration and validate system performance through hands-on testing and operational demos
  • Influence system baselines through Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and technical assessments
  • Support technology insertion, system readiness, FMS, and risk reduction efforts across PAE Fires
  • Apply and scale Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to improve decision-making and program execution
  • Play a key role within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) solving real-world mission challenges

Required Skills and Experience
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of systems engineering experience
  • Expertise in requirements, architecture, integration, and lifecycle execution
  • Proven ability to operate in high-tempo, high-visibility environments
  • Active Top-Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience supporting Army Project Offices or DoD acquisition programs
  • Background in missile, munitions, or fires systems
  • Hands-on test planning, execution, and data analysis
  • Experience with MBSE tools and implementation
  • Ability to clearly communicate and influence senior leaders and decision-makers

Why Radiance
  • Ownership Mentality: You're not a number; you're an employee-owner with a stake in outcomes
  • Less Red Tape, More Impact: Faster decisions, fewer layers, greater technical authority
  • Access to Leadership: Work side-by-side with leaders who value your input
  • Meaningful Work: Directly support mission-critical Army programs that matter
  • Career Acceleration: Broaden your role, increase responsibility, and grow faster than at a large prime
