Job Summary
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services. This role supports high-profile technology organizations and stakeholders by helping drive strategic initiatives, technology planning, operational effectiveness, financial analysis, reporting, risk management, and executive communications.
The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between technology and business teams, helping deliver solutions that support organizational objectives while ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and enterprise standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead or support delivery of technology business services and strategic initiatives
- Partner with technology leaders and business stakeholders to support high-profile programs and operational objectives
- Analyze data, metrics, financial information, and performance indicators to support decision-making
- Develop executive presentations, reports, and business communications
- Coordinate activities across multiple technology and business teams
- Support technology product and service planning efforts
- Evaluate technology solutions and business impacts
- Ensure service quality, operational effectiveness, and cost efficiency
- Support compliance, risk management, and governance initiatives
- Review customer needs and collaborate with technology teams to implement solutions
- Manage competing priorities and provide recommendations to leadership
- Assist with planning, tracking, reporting, and execution of technology-related initiatives
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding emerging technologies and business opportunities
