 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong OTC and CCM expertise to support endtoend OrdertoCash processes for a highvolume, customercentric environment.

The ideal candidate will have handson experience in SAP SD pricing, billing, rebates, chargebacks, and customer credit/collections workflows, along with deep functional knowledge of Vistex and RCMO.

 Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance SAP SD OTC processes including order management, pricing, billing, returns, and credit/debit adjustments.

Support CCM activities such as credit checks, collections workflows, dispute resolution, and receivables monitoring.

Configure and maintain Gross Rebate Programs, Chargebacks, and Vistex agreements.

 Required Skills

Strong handson experience in SAP SD (Order Management, Pricing, Billing).

Proven expertise in OTC, CCM, Gross Rebate Program, Chargebacks, Vistex, and RCMO.

Understanding of credit management, collections, deductions, and dispute workflows.
