Terms of Employment:
W2 Contract, 22 Months.
Hybrid (2 days in office per week).

- Requires up to 25% travel (roughly once a month for short 1-2 day site visits, primarily to facilities in Texas, California, and other states).
Overview:
Work with a leading firm in the energy and utilities sector to safeguard critical infrastructure. As a Project Manager III on the Infrastructure Protection Team, you will serve as the primary operational oversight lead driving the unified integration of the Calpine and Constellation NERC SIP compliance programs. This is a vital initiative focused on migrating physical security frameworks, standardizing structural documentation, and ensuring comprehensive regulatory alignment across seven major regional facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the project management and operational planning required to merge and align two distinct corporate NERC SIP programs into a singular, unified Constellation compliance standard.
Develop, write, and manage corporate model documents, technical design templates, and compliance implementation plans.
Coordinate and conduct physical facility walkdowns, verify on-site infrastructures, and prepare technical alignment documentation.
Provide strict project oversight to ensure all engineering and physical security designs fall within mandated regulatory compliance rules.
Track and manage all auditable pieces of the integration program to ensure flawless record-keeping for regulatory reviews.
Facilitate the transition of the project from the current planning and design build stage in Q4 to active site implementation starting in Q1.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager leading large-scale systems integrations or structural program alignments.
Demonstrated background working within a regulated industry with direct experience in NERC SIP compliance frameworks.
Hands-on or project-level familiarity with physical access control systems (card readers) and enterprise video surveillance monitoring tools.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for short-duration site visits to facilities across multiple states, including Texas and California.
Strong technical documentation skills with experience building management model documents and tracking auditable project criteria.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Direct experience with Software House CCURE 9000 access control systems; alternative experience with platforms such as Lenel or Honeywell is highly valued.
Background operating specifically within the utilities, energy, or power generation sector.
