Type : Fulltime Permanent
The Initiative Owner (IO) is the accountable leader for a North Star Data Architecture (NSDA) workstream, with ownership of governance, decisions, scope, and outcomes.

• Lead governance forums and reporting cadence.
• Provide leadership updates, including daily status reporting during critical phases.
Executive & Business Alignment
• Develop vision documents, use-case narratives, and executive presentations.
• Translate healthcare business needs into actionable workstreams.
• Present recommendations and status to clinical and administrative leaders.

• Exposure to data governance, stewardship, metadata management, catalogs, or data platforms.
• Strong AI/LLM expertise, including RAG architectures, conversational agents, data curation, and evaluation methodologies.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams (10+) with portfolio and budget accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to define structure and execution plans in ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Healthcare platform modernization or 0-to-1 platform build experience.
• Client-side vendor management and SOW oversight.
• SAFe or comparable scaled Agile experience.
• Clinical background or deep clinical workflow expertise.
Not a Fit
• Delivery or Scrum PMs who require predefined scope.
