Job Details

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients on a variety of tax-related legal matters involving individuals and businesses
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, legal opinions, motions, and other legal documentation
Represent clients in tax controversies, audits, administrative proceedings, and related matters as needed
Analyze financial and tax records to support case strategy and client solutions
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop effective legal strategies and resolutions
Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case updates and compliance requirements
Manage multiple matters while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California (required)
Minimum of 2 years of tax law experience or a strong background in tax-related matters
Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
