About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support high-impact, large-scale engineering initiatives. In this contingent assignment, you will apply deep technical expertise to evaluate complex challenges, influence strategic planning, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

You will consult on multifaceted engineering efforts, assess long-term technical considerations, and help guide decision-making across multiple dimensions-including ambiguous, unprecedented, or intangible factors. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with client stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Provide consultation on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
Conduct detailed analysis of multi-faceted technical challenges and evaluate long-term solutions across diverse factors.
Contribute to resolving highly complex scenarios requiring thorough understanding of engineering functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate strategically with client teams, offering insights and recommendations to support planning, execution, and delivery.
Ensure solutions meet quality, compliance, and operational expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated through professional work, consulting engagements, training programs, military experience, or relevant education.
