Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a dedicated professional with a knack for leadership, an eye for detail, and a passion for excellence. This position is integral to our operations and involves managing all aspects of mitigation projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

As a Mitigation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing all aspects of mitigation projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Utilizing Xactimate software to accurately estimate costs and resources needed for each project.
3. Developing detailed project schedules, ensuring all projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
4. Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression and completion.
6. Providing leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
7. Delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and open communication.
8. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Continually assessing project performance and implementing improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role, specifically within mitigation.
2. Proficiency with Xactimate or similar project estimation software.
3. Proven experience in project scheduling and resource allocation.
4. Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. A deep understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
8. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
9. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
10. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
