The engineer will consult on strategy, guide long-term architectural direction, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and resilient engineering solutions. The role requires exceptional technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate independently while exerting broad organizational influence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Consult as a technical expert on enterprise-wide engineering initiatives with broad impact.
- Influence and shape engineering strategy, architecture, and long-term solution roadmaps.
- Analyze and resolve complex, cross-domain engineering problems requiring advanced evaluation and creativity.
- Partner with client senior leadership to provide expert guidance on innovative engineering solutions.
- Lead or support the design of large-scale, high-impact platforms and systems.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, procedures, compliance, and governance standards.
- Strategically collaborate across engineering, business, and technology teams.
- Mentor and guide other engineers through technical leadership and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering execution, standards, and delivery effectiveness.
