The Project Manager 4 will consult on and lead complex, enterprise-wide project management initiatives focused on data platforms and associated technologies. This role requires analytical and organizational skills to manage large-scale delivery efforts, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and address complex challenges involving multiple dependencies and risks. The project manager will partner with technical and business teams to deliver solutions that meet enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver large-scale initiatives related to data platforms and technology programs.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and delivery challenges.
- Prepare and deliver status updates, reporting, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Support adherence to enterprise policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and execution frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Experience managing programs involving data platforms and associated technologies.
- Experience coordinating large, cross-functional technology initiatives, including engineering, data, and platform teams.
- Ability to analyze complex program risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations, and executive communication.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing data engineering or analytics programs.
- Exposure to modern data platforms, cloud environments, or distributed systems.
- Stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and project tracking tools.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-level insights and reporting.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $61.00/hr to $65.00/hr. A benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
