Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PCS Lead (Production Control & Scheduling) to drive Production Control and Scheduling (PCS) initiatives in our SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business process owners to gather requirements, configure SAP PCS modules, and ensure smooth integration with PLM and MES systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering with business process owners and fill out Business-Driven Configuration Assessment (BDCA) questionnaires.
• Plan and execute Workshop A: system demos and presentation decks based on assessment outcomes.
• Manage requirements, configuration, and documentation for PCS modules.
• Create and maintain Key Decision Documents (KDDs), process flows, and functional specifications.
• Ensure authorization and security compliance within SAP PCS.
• Plan and execute testing for standard and custom objects.
• Drive change management initiatives related to PCS.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for production control and scheduling.
• Provide expertise in S/4HANA and A&D industry processes.
• Configure and manage parameter effectivity, ensuring integration with PLM and MES systems.
• Maintain material master views: Classification, MRP, Scheduling, and Costing.
• Configure and manage Work Centers, BoMs, and Routings including Revision & ECM processes.
• Oversee the Production Order lifecycle: creation → confirmation → goods receipt, including collective orders for MTS and MTO with WBS.
• Manage external processing/subcontracting, production order kitting, goods issues (batch-managed) and reversals.
• Handle rework and production order splitting as required.
• Perform availability checking and shortage reporting.
• Ensure seamless integration with PLM and MES systems.
• Author functional specifications for PCS-related enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in SAP PCS / Production Planning & Scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA PCS and A&D industry processes.
• Expertise in Material Master, BoM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders.
• Experience with integration to PLM and MES systems.
• Strong functional specification authoring skills.
• Experience in testing, documentation, change management, and reporting.
• Knowledge of parameter effectivity, revision & ECM, and external processing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a SAP PCS Lead or Senior Functional Consultant.
• Exposure to complex manufacturing environments, including MTS and MTO production strategies.
• Knowledge of batch management, production kitting, and production order splitting.
• Familiarity with authorization, security, and compliance in SAP PCS
