Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
Job Type: Contract / Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to design, implement, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in configuring CRM modules, gathering business requirements, and delivering scalable solutions that integrate with other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Implement and support modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  • Design workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions.
  • Perform data migration using Data Import Wizard, SSIS, or KingswaySoft.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Create technical and functional documentation and conduct user training.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Experience with CRM customization, plugins, workflows, business rules, and PCF controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Web API (OData/REST).
  • Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of security roles, business units, and solution management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
