Job Function / Description
Assist the OCM Director of the Change Management Office to ensure successful adoption and usage of new CRM technology and associated processes. Assists in developing the Change Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Impact Assessment, Communication Plan, Risk Assessment, Resistance Management Plan, and helps monitor and measure success. Works closely with End-User Trainer/Support Specialist.
Desired Qualifications
5+ years of experience in implementing successful change initiatives. Individual(s) should possess exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence without authority and to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Professional certifications, such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) credential from Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) or Prosci Change Management Certification (familiarity with ADKAR model) are desired.
