Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative Technical Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology by assessing processes, identifying, and documenting requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

Engagement Overview:

  • Looking for a technical BA with a very good understanding of big data in general but who had experience with Asset Management data and a nice to have would be exposure to loans and originations data and consumption flow.
  • Strong Big Data experience must need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop and document process flows, use cases, and workflows to support solution design
  • Conduct gap analyses, root cause investigations, and impact assessments
  • Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, QA, and Project Managers to support the development and delivery lifecycle
  • Support the creation of test plans and lead or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business decisions
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Assist in change management, training, and adoption strategies for new systems and processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematic s, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Experience gathering requirements and working across the full SDLC in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, and/or Lucid chart
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in finance-related datasets (e.g. Bank Account, Brokers, Funds,Portfolios, Products, Securities, Legal Entities, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SQL or data query tools
  • Experience with BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Next JS,React)
  • Business Analysis credentials (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, BRDs, Design Documentation,etc.)
