Position Title: HCM Training Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - Local Candidates Only)
Position Type: Contract
Interview Process: Video or In-Person

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience delivering training across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning, multimedia)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage all levels of stakeholders
Solid program coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong aptitude for learning and using new technologies for training and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Experience with Workday HCM / Recruiting modules
Prior experience supporting government or public sector training programs
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
