Summary

Job Title: Account Executive Net New Sales 

Location: Remote (Midwest/Eastern US) 

Travel: 50% Travel

Compensation: $110,000–$150,000 | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: 

  • Drive net-new sales by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) and Visual ERP solutions 

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and quota targets  

  • Establish trusted relationships with executive-level decision makers through consultative selling and value-based engagement  

  • Collaborate with presales, solution consultants, and ERP subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions aligned to client objectives  

  • Effectively position WM Synergy’s full portfolio of ERP and professional services to prospective customers  

  • Leverage strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills to successfully close complex B2B ERP sales  

  • Operate independently in a remote environment with a high level of self-motivation and accountability  

  • Bring 5+ years of mid-market ERP sales experience; industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors strongly preferred
