Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system specifications for new and existing applications.
- Evaluate business processes, conduct feasibility studies, and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support solution design, testing, validation, and implementation while ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop process improvements, automation solutions, and system enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, system implementation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Technical Skills
|
Business Analysis, Python, Bash Scripting, API Development, Data Integration, Cloud Platforms, Git, CI/CD

|
Business / Domain Skills
|

- Experience with AI/ML concepts, automation, and rapid application development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, containerization, and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
