Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Ops Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and AWS cloud-native services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automating deployments, managing cloud infrastructure, and supporting modern DevOps practices in enterprise environments.
This role requires strong collaboration with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes, improve system reliability, and enhance cloud operations efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Work with Git-based source control systems, including branching and merging strategies
- Support automated build, testing, and deployment frameworks
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud-native services and architecture
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment automation and operational processes
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development, preferably using GitLab Runners
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform
- Experience with source code control systems and DevOps practices, including:
- Branching and merging strategies
- Automated unit testing frameworks
- Build automation tools
- Deployment frameworks
- Strong understanding of Public Cloud native services and architecture, preferably AWS
- Experience with cloud operations, deployment automation, and infrastructure management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
