JOB DESCRIPTION:
(Heavy Sales process and sales training) Helping sales team being more effective by utilizing materials in the sales process.
Experience in a regulated environment, specifically biotech/medical devices (orthopedics), is very important.

AI PMO Project experience is important
Business Transformation and tracking various systems for integration, data structures, frameworks
Organize the process work along with the system work
CRM integration or someon that understands "selling engagement process" that has sat in sales
Content management with Salesforce, HighSpot, Loop, Veeva Vault
Contract firm is helping with this and this person would be the ZB PM assigned to help this consulting firm to move things along internally
Working with US Sales teams, BPO experience is preferred
Interacting with Program Manager (IT) involved in all commercial excellence in the US, Business Relationship Manager (owns all applicataions and tech roadmaps), main Business Leader, US Commercial Lead (responsible for sellling systems, documentation and training are successful to win market share)
Transforming the salesforce in the ways they work - this role will get them to a common/standard way of working
