Job Description
Gridiron IT is seeking an experienced SAP Fiori & Embedded Analytics Expert to design, develop, and deploy modern SAP user experiences and real-time analytics within SAP S/4HANA. This role focuses on delivering intuitive Fiori applications, KPI dashboards, CDS-based analytics, and role-based insights that enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in SAP UX architecture, CDS views, analytical queries, and KPI modeling, combined with business-facing consulting skills.

Qualifications

SAP Fiori Development & UX Enablement

• Design, configure, and deploy SAP Fiori apps using standard and custom approaches
• Extend standard Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and adaptation tools
• Develop custom applications using:
  • Fiori Elements
  • SAPUI5
  • OData services
• Configure and manage:
  • Launchpad content
  • Spaces & pages
  • Role-based navigation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve user experience and process adoption

Embedded Analytics Development

• Design and build Core Data Services (CDS) views
• Create:
  
  • Analytical queries
  • KPIs
  • Multidimensional reports
  • Drill-down dashboards
• Develop and deploy Smart Business KPIs
• Enable real-time operational analytics inside SAP S/4HANA
• Support migration from:
  • ECC reports
  • SAP BW legacy reporting
  • Custom ABAP reports

to embedded analytics architecture

• Support migration from ECC GUI-based reporting to Fiori analytics
• Identify opportunities to replace legacy reports with:
  • CDS views
  • KPI tiles
  • Analytical List Pages
• Participate in:
  • Fit-gap workshops
  • UX strategy sessions
  • Reporting strategy definition

Requirements:

• Bachelors and 8 years of experience or 12 years of work experience
• 5+ years of SAP Fiori experience.
• Strong experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration
• Hands-on experience with SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements
• Deep expertise in Core Data Services (CDS Views)
• Experience developing:
  
  • Analytical Queries
  • KPIs
  • Smart Business dashboards
• Experience with OData services
• Experience with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics architecture
• Understanding of virtual data model (VDM) framework

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience leading analytics design workshops
• Ability to translate business needs into UX-driven solutions
• Documentation and presentation experience
• Experience working in Agile or SAP Activate environments
• Public Sector experience
