Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with experience in the medical imaging space. This role involves managing small to mid-sized projects within a healthcare imaging ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology and stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and project delivery. This position requires working Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours and involves quarterly travel for go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to imaging applications that integrate with Epic.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of AI/ML point solutions within the imaging ecosystem.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and go-live activities.
• Remain engaged and hands-on throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment within an imaging ecosystem.

Technical Skills: Experience with project management in the imaging space. Candidates should be able to manage projects and communicate with technical teams without needing a deep engineering or development background.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience specifically in Radiology.
• Implementation experience with Sectra or similar imaging applications.
• Experience with Radiation Oncology is an acceptable alternative to Radiology.
• Ability to learn new technologies and support AI/ML-related imaging initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
