We are hiring a POS Business Analyst with strong experience in Restaurant POS systems to support a leading restaurant technology platform.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong experience as a POS Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Restaurant POS systems (hardware + software)
- Background in restaurant chains, hospitality, or payment/POS platforms
- Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and payment workflows
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and UAT processes
- Ability to write user stories, manage backlog, and work with Product & Engineering teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with Toast, Clover, Square, or similar POS systems
- Exposure to feature releases, release validation, and feature flags
Role Focus:
You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business needs into clear user stories, support sprint delivery, and ensure high-quality POS feature releases for restaurant operations.
