Job Overview:
Pay Range: $58hr - $63hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong experience managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure or cloud migration projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra).
  • Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, risks, and cross-functional teams.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in project management for IT or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with Active Directory (on-prem and cloud) and identity management.
  • Experience in Microsoft licensing optimization and cost analysis.
  • Experience in change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inventory and assessment of shared and personal drives, including structure, permissions, and data classification.
  • Identify data for migration, archival, or deletion and assess risks.
  • Analyze Active Directory environments and streamline user identities.
  • Optimize Microsoft 365 licensing based on user roles and requirements.
  • Define governance, security roles, and data retention policies.
  • Develop migration strategies, including planning, testing, and validation.
  • Execute migration of shared drives to SharePoint and personal drives to OneDrive.
  • Coordinate migration of dependent systems and applications.
  • Ensure data integrity, permissions validation, and post-migration checks.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including communication, training, and support.
  • Develop training materials, support models, and user engagement strategies.
  • Optimize storage, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Oversee decommissioning of legacy systems and ensure proper archival or deletion of data.
  • Manage project closure, documentation, and formal handoff to support teams.
Should Have:
  • Experience with migration tools such as SharePoint Migration Tool or similar.
  • Familiarity with third-party backup and data management tools.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and network environments.
Skills:
  • Project and program management.
  • Cloud migration and data governance.
  • Stakeholder communication and leadership.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Qualification and Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
