Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Functional Analyst to join our team in Akron, Ohio. In this role, you will analyze business needs, collaborate with stakeholders, and help implement effective technology solutions. Your expertise will play a key role in supporting business systems and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new and existing systems.
Provide support and enhancements for commercial business systems, ensuring they meet operational needs.
Work with external consultants and technology partners to implement and improve system functionalities.
Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Assist in the deployment of marketing platforms, providing guidance and expertise to achieve desired outcomes.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and workflows.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contributing to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Offer training and support to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar position.
Proven expertise in supporting commercial business systems, with experience in platforms like Microsoft Dynamics or Infor preferred.
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Kentico or Sugar Market is a plus.
Strong ability to work with external consultants and technology vendors to deliver system improvements.
Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including gap analysis and process documentation.
Hands-on experience in Agile Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of its methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in analyzing and resolving technical issues.
