Location: PA-Philadelphia, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Mobile Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers, testers, product managers, and other developers across the organization
Develop features for existing products and build new iOS or Android apps from scratch, you will have opportunities to contribute to all aspects of the products
Design new software and web applications, support applications under development, and customize current applications
Assist with the software update process for existing applications and roll-outs of software releases
Work with Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements
Assist in the roll-out of software releases
Monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products
Review literature and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science
Ability to deliver high quality code that follow best practices
Released at least 3 major apps that have been published to Google Play or the App Store
5 to 8 years of professional experience in creating native mobile applications for either iOS or Android across all device sizes and multiple OS versions using native tools
Familiarity with the software development cycle: product specification, design, implementation, QA, release, and maintenance
Experience working with JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery Mobile, Node, Angular
Experience with performant data loading as well as video operations and playback
Experience with ASP.Net, HTML, JSON, XML, Agile/Scrum and TDD
Knowledge of agile software processes, data-driven development, reliability, and responsible experimentation
The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $150,000 or the hourly equivalent.
