Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire
Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Strongsville, OH/Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 3 days in Office)
Salary: $100,000/Annually or $50.00/Hourly
Role: Quality Assurance Specialist
Primary Skills: Quality Assurance
Role Description: The Quality Assurance Specialist must have 8+ years of experience.
Function of the Group:
- Supporting account transactions
Industry Background:
- QA Background/Automation Testing REQUIRED
Team Dynamic:
A team of about 40 team members; you will collaborate with others and report data back to the Hiring Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with BSA/PO for the requirement and creating test cases in Jira.
- Partner with Developer on defect triaging and retesting.
- Provide reporting to direct manager and escalating any issues that may arise.
Must Have Technical Skills:
- Manual and Automation testing
- Basic Java
- Selenium
- Cucumber Automation
- DB Testing
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
- Jira
- IntelliJ/Eclipse
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelors required / Must have background in QA
Role Differentiator:
- This is an opportunity to work with COR application.
