Pay Range: $75 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Seeking a Senior Lab Administrator to support the Red Team.
- This role is to design, deploy, and maintain a complex lab environment of various technologies to enable threat simulation, security research, and other evaluation activities that play a direct role in enhancing the overall security posture of the organization.
- Another key responsible is coordinating with various teams to define, intake, and deliver on a variety of technical requirements.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Search Keywords - Cyber Security, Active Directory/DNS/DHCP, Security Lab/Red Team/Pen Testing, Dev SecOps, CI/CD, Linux, VMWare/Virtualization
- Must have 7 years of IT experience relevant to cyber ranges or research lab environments.
- Must have experience with CI/CD pipeline and automating infrastructure.
- Must have experience with design, deploy, and maintain various networking, operating systems, and common enterprise services.
- Must have experience with design, deploy, and maintain various virtualization and containerization solutions.
- Must have experience with design, deploy, and maintain various security controls and solutions.
- Ability to work with both programing and scripting languages.
- Must be able to both work independently as well as effectively work in teams.
- Must have excellent communication and documentation skills to be able to intake requests, develop remediation plans, and standardize run
- books/diagrams.
- Red team or Malware oriented certifications.
- Previous experience working in a cyber range environment is a plus.
