Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex IT initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will oversee full project lifecycle delivery across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project/program management (initiation through closure) following SDLC and enterprise IT governance standards.
Manage scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, risk, and quality controls using established PM methodologies.
Oversee financial tracking (EV, PV, AC, CPI, SPI, variance analysis) and maintain project financials in SAP and PM tools.
Drive stakeholder alignment across IT, Cybersecurity, Telecom, Operations, Finance, Vendors, and Executive Leadership.
Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers to meet delivery objectives.
Support both Waterfall (V-Model) and Agile delivery models (Scrum/Kanban, sprints, story points, burn-down charts).
Conduct status reporting, executive presentations, and steering committee updates.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
15+ years of project/program management experience
Proven experience delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget
Strong financial management, forecasting, and risk management experience
Experience managing suppliers and service contracts
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification
Experience in Electric Utility or Energy industry
Background in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Wireless deployments
Experience managing cloud, analytics, or IT portfolio initiatives
Familiarity with SAP, UMT360, SharePoint, HP-ALM
