GenAI Architect (Snowflake)

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Type: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: 35 hours/week (paid as if 40)
Start: ASAP
Compensation: 82/hr

We’re seeking a GenAI Architect with strong Snowflake experience to design and deliver enterprise scale Generative AI solutions. This is a hands on role focused on building production ready AI agent systems, integrating LLMs with enterprise data, and creating reusable AI frameworks that support real business operations.

This role offers ownership of architecture and implementation, executive visibility, and the opportunity to lead high impact GenAI initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop Generative AI solutions using Snowflake as the core data platform
Build AI agent architectures, including orchestration, tool usage, and workflow integration
Develop LLM powered solutions grounded in enterprise data
Define prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and evaluation methods
Write production ready code, testing, and documentation
Build reusable AI components and reference implementations
Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and responsible AI governance
Lead design decisions and mentor supporting engineers

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Data Platform Development
Hands on experience with Snowflake Architecture and Development
Experience building Generative AI and AI Agent solutions
Strong knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI evaluation
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
Experience with API Integration, enterprise systems, and data platforms
Ability to own solutions end to end (design through production)

Work Setup

First 4 weeks onsite 5 days/week for onboarding
Long term hybrid: 3 days/week onsite
Core hours 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. with flexible scheduling between 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
