Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including:
- Identifying sourcing opportunities
- Preparing and finalizing event documentation
- Executing competitive bidding processes
- Analyzing proposals and recommending award decisions
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies using:
- Historical pricing analysis
- Market research
- Competitive sourcing results
- Lead contract negotiations for new purchases and renewals, including:
- Software license agreements
- Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
- Order Forms (OFs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Amendments, addenda, and terminations
- Review, draft, redline, and negotiate IT-related contracts (hardware, software, telecom, and security)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and risk management requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders
- Manage assigned sourcing and contracting queue with responsiveness and accountability
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-End-to-End Strategic Sourcing Management: Ability to independently manage full lifecycle sourcing events
- Advanced Contract Negotiation & Redlining: Strong understanding of legal and commercial contract provisions
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel skills; experience managing tracked changes and using procure-to-pay systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, or project management
