Summary

Actual Title of the role: Senior Program Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage complex cross-functional programs from initiation through execution and closure.

Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.

Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, engineering, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and communication plans.

Drive program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management activities.

Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and provide executive-level status updates.

Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring priorities remain aligned with business objectives.

Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and proactively remove execution roadblocks.

Ensure resource planning and budget tracking for assigned programs.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and operational efficiency.

Communicate program vision, goals, and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Highly skilled at translating strategic, financial, and technical content into a clear sense of purpose that effectively engages multiple teams.

Manages stakeholder expectations and engagement at the strategic level.

Influence organizational strategy and decision-making by collaborating with the executive leadership team.

Ensures coordination and alignment between multiple programs to achieve organizational goals.

Acts as a thought leader in program management, influencing best practices and methodologies within the organization.

 

Decision Making & Problem Solving:

Influence decisions that have organizational impact to ensure programs align with strategic goals.

Analyze long-term impact of decisions on the organization and alignment with organization strategic objectives.

 

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategy, operations, or related roles.

Advanced certifications and/or a master’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Experience working in fast-paced and highly matrixed organizations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Box, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with Salesforce platform & Eco-system Prior management experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) highly preferred Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate across departments and teams to get things to a logical conclusion
