Job Overview:

Pay Range $107.11/hr - $111.11/hr

  • Seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and manage complex cross-functional programs.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategy, operations, or related roles.
  • Advanced certifications and/or a master s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and highly matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Box, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform & ecosystem.
  • Prior management experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) highly preferred.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate across departments and teams to achieve logical conclusions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex cross-functional programs from initiation through execution and closure.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, engineering, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and communication plans.
  • Drive program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management activities.
  • Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and provide executive-level status updates.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring priorities remain aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and proactively remove execution roadblocks.
  • Ensure resource planning and budget tracking for assigned programs.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and operational efficiency.
