Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Support Project Managers across multiple active jobs
+ Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
+ Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
+ Work closely with field teams and subcontractors
+ Help drive project execution from precon through closeout
Qualifications -
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
+ 2-7 years of experience in commercial construction
+ Experience on ground up projects (not just renovations)
+ Exposure to concrete, steel, and sitework scopes
+ Familiarity with Procore is a plus
+ Stable work history and strong communication skills
+ Based in or open to Central Florida
